Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Selected items are covered by our 3-month quality guarantee.
If your jewelry experiences unusual tarnishing or a defect within 3 months, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale. Custom or personalized items are also final sale.
How does free local pickup work?
We offer free local pickup in downtown Ottawa. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout instead of shipping.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details and available time slots. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
